In some cases, our email may have fell in to your spam or junk folder, please check these folders to see if the confirmation email is there.

If you’ve checked the above points and still haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

If your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it directly through your account on our website. Simply log in, go to your order history, and select the order you wish to cancel. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it. However, you can still return the item once it arrives. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions on how to return a shipped order.

Absolutely, you can make changes to your delivery address as long as your parcel has not yet been dispatched. Once the parcel is on its way, we unfortunately lose the ability to alter the delivery address or recipient.
