The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states you are eligible to return a purchased item by notifying us within 14 days of purchase. Here at Mobile Reborn we feel that 2 weeks isn’t a very long time to get to know your new phone, which is why we offer a full 30 days*!
If a refund is applicable, this can take 7-14 business days to process.
If you return a device within 30 days and accept a replacement device, but subsequently return the replacement device after the 30-day period has elapsed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Where applicable, returned items should be sent back in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. The cost of returning the item is to be covered by you, the consumer. We will deduct suitable costs if the device is returned damaged or in a different condition as to when it was sent^. Please note: If a free gift is included with your order but not returned with the device, its value will be deducted from your refund.
Please note if you have purchased your device from any of our third party suppliers such as Fonehouse and Metrofone, and have experienced a fault and would like to return it. You will need to provide a order confirmation and images of the devices before we can provide information on the return.
Please note we aim to complete our returns process within 72 hours, however this can be delayed due to stock or if the device is data locked.
Once we have received your returned device, it will be tested to check for any activation locks, passcodes or user data. Please note: The device will need to be factory reset and all data removed from the device before dispatch, if the device is returned with a passcode or account linked to the device, this will incur a £15 handling fee to return the device to you, where you will then need to return the device back to us, at your own expense once all data has been removed.
If you have returned your device due to a fault and the fault you have experienced can not be replicated by our technicians, you will be sent an NFF (No Fault Found) notification where a test report can be provided upon request. Please note if we do not have a response within 5 days the device will be returned to you. It is Mobile Reborn’s right to choose the appropriate solution for your device. It is not down to you, the consumer, to choose whether repairing or replacing is the appropriate solution. If you are unhappy with the NFF notification you can take the device to a third party for further advice, however, if any repairs are carried out on the device by a third party this will void your warranty.
Once the device is confirmed as unlocked and wiped the refund will be processed to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank.
Your device is covered against any defect or malfunctioning during your 12-month warranty period. This warranty is applicable from the date of purchase shown on your original invoice.
