Prior to requesting a refund, please call 01606 558866 to see if we can resolve any dissatisfaction with your product or service.

The Consumer Rights Act 2015  states you are eligible to return a purchased item by notifying us within 14 days of purchase. Here at Mobile Reborn we feel that 2 weeks isn’t a very long time to get to know your new phone, which is why we offer a full 30 days*!

Where applicable, returned items should be sent back in its original packaging and include all parts and accessories. The cost of returning the item is to be covered by you, the consumer. We will deduct suitable costs if the device is returned damaged or in a different condition as to when it was sent^.

Please note if you have purchased your device from any of our third party suppliers such as Fonehouse and Metrofone, and have experienced a fault and would like to return it. You will need to provide a order confirmation and images of the devices before we can provide information on the return.

Please note we aim to complete our returns process within 72 hours, however this can be delayed due to stock or if the device is data locked.

Once we have received your returned device, it will be tested to check for any activation locks, passcodes or user data, which will need to be removed for a refund to be processed, please note if a device arrives to use with any passcode locks you will be notified via email, if we do not receive a response within 24 hours the device will be shipped back to you for it to be manually unlocked.

Once the device is confirmed as unlocked and wiped the refund will be processed to you. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank.

Your device is covered against any defect or malfunctioning during your 12-month warranty period. This warranty is applicable from the date of purchase shown on your original invoice.
