How much does delivery cost?

Enjoy free next day delivery when you spend £350 and above. For orders that are less than £350, there is a £3.95 charge for next day delivery

How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before 4.30pm will be shipped on the same day using DPD Next Day Delivery to land with you on the next working day. Any orders placed after 4.30pm will be shipped using the same service the following working day.In certain circumstances a delay may be caused. Any customer that experiences delays will not be entitled to any financial compensation or reimbursement.

Where do you deliver?

Mobile Reborn only ship to mainland UK residents. We do not accept or dispatch orders outside the mainland UK (including the Republic of Ireland).

A valid postcode must be entered when completing the delivery address.

How do I track my order?

Your dispatch email will feature a DPD Mail tracking code which can be used here. We encourage you to check the DPD tracking system before calling Mobile Reborn to understand the status of your parcel.

When do I receive the delivery pin? 

Upon dispatch you will receive a text message to the phone number you've provided on your order with a 4 digit pin, which will need to be given to the delivery driver in order for them to release your parcel.

Please note if you have put your phone number in incorrectly you will not receive the 4 digit pin and therefore the parcel will not be released, if this is the case then please contact our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to amend this. If you do not have access to a phone number, please notify us in advance so we can contact DPD and have the code redirected to your preferred email. If you are having issues receiving your pin please contact us and we will resolve this.

What if I am not at home for the delivery?

We use a delivery service that requires a 4 digit pin to be given to the driver in order for your parcel to be released, this is to ensure safe delivery of your new device. Due to our delivery service requiring a 4 digit pin in order to have your parcel released to you, you will not have the option for your parcel to be left in a 'safe' place or with a neighbour. If you’re not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will re-attempt delivery the next day. 

Can I have my order redirected to a different address?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we do not have the ability to change the delivery address or recipient.

How is my device packaged?

Delivering your new device as safely as possible is a priority here at Mobile Reborn, which is why we package your device in secure, high-quality cardboard with supporting foam. Our packaging has been tested to endure even the most turbulent shipping methods and all devices were safe and sound upon arrival.

If your device is delivered with visible damage to the packaging that has affected your device, please let us know by calling 01606 558866 or email support@mobilreborn.co.uk with supporting images of both the packaging and device.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our packaging is 100% recyclable, from the cardboard to the foam. We are proud to partner with One Tree Planted to deliver a sustainable solution that helps the environment as well as protect your new device.
