Product Terms – Refurbished

Before we put our premium refurbished products up for sale, the device undergoes a rigorous testing procedure to ensure it is up to our high standards.

Refurbished means the product has been refreshed with genuine, authorised parts of the highest quality. Our tests ensure the phone has the functionality of a new phone at a substantially lower cost. We have high confidence in our products, which is why we back it with our 12-month warranty as standard. For full warranty details, click here.

Product Terms – Pre-owned

Our premium pre-owned range has been tested and verified by our tech experts to ensure it is fully functioning and ready for its intended use.

Pre-owned means the product has not been refurbished in anyway. We make sure the quality control process includes product functionality testing, as well as ensuring the battery life meets a minimum requirement for our standards.

We also carried out in-depth cosmetic inspection of the product to ensure that it’s of a high quality, but, as it is a used device, it may exhibit some small signs of wear and tear.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. All product pricing is inclusive of UK VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Promotions

Promotional product prices will be displayed and only applicable during the promotion period. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer apart from the FREE gift, unless stated otherwise. Each promotional offer may have specific conditions, which will be highlighted in the promotional content.

During a promotion / offer, it is at your discretion to use a promotional code at checkout, it will not automatically be applied. Historical orders are also not liable for promotional codes and offers.

Our Liability

We warrant to you that any product purchased from us, Mobile Reborn, through our site is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for: a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession) d) breach of the terms implied by section 2 of the supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession); or e) defective Goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and/or Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014.

We will under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in Contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Contract for: a) any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; b) loss or corruption of data, information or software; c) loss of anticipated savings; d) loss of goodwill; or e) any indirect or consequential loss, even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable or if the customer had advised the Seller of the possibility of such loss
